Milla and I spent an afternoon spent with Penny recently.

We went to the Whetstone Park this weekend to take some pictures with the family.

So, yes, it's been a little while since I posted on here. Let's just say that with two small ones, a new house, new school and new responsibilities I neglected this blog of mine. I hope to be a bit better about posting from now on, but that remains to be seen.

Here's this years Halloween costumes. Kai wanted to go as Yoda and well, Milla currently has the perfect size and proportions for an Ewok. Jason beautifully worked out the Yoda mask and I sewed the rest (robe and Ewok hood).

Kai's been really prolific lately with his drawings. I love his NYC map.

I've had some requests regarding originals in my shop, so I'm going to try and add a few in the next few days. I'll post them here too.

Kai's 5th birthday party

I hope everyone's new year is off to a good start. It's been a while since I've managed to post here. I wanted to share a little bit of last week's Polo themed birthday party for Kai. Jason made some fishing poles inspired by Joel , and I painted some masks and made a mural tree house for decorations. All in all, I think Kai had a pretty good 5th birthday.

Happy Halloween

This is the first year I got a chance to make Kai's costume, a Big Toe Ugly Doll. I think it was a hit, but next year we'll try something that isn't so hard to move around in.

Milla's been keeping me pretty busy, so much so that I almost forgot to post my second t-shirt for Target(!). They hit stores in September, I think they are still available in some stores, but I couldn't find them online anymore. (Edit, I did find the link to the shirt online - here.)
